So let me start off that I know that working in customer service is hard. I get it. It must be mundane to work with brides that are emotional and pay so close attention to detail. Please try to remember that although the employees do this every day, day in day out, this is the brides first time, and it is special.
I was treated here like a nuisance. The girl that was helping me was not attentive, and really did not listen to what I was interested in. I have taken my money elsewhere, and obtained much better service, and got the Reem Acra dress of my dreams!
I will not be back, and I will tell everyone that will listen of my experience. I hope this review is read by the owner, and some much needed training in customer service is mandated by all who work at the Bridal Corner.
