I work out of town. My wife called telling me that our house was flooded. She called American Plumbing and Terry showed up right away to check everything out. It turned out that we had several busted water lines in the slab. At first our insurance company was trying to give us the run around. Terry told us to feel free to have our adjuster call him. Our adjuster called Terry, he explained everything to him and our insurance company agreed to cover all of our loss. Terry was patient, his crew did a great job and we will definitely call American Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.
