Thoughtful and accommodate 6/30/2015

Terry came out and performed a video inspection and pointed out a bad spot in my line but, told me I could probably wait on making a repair in my slab. He recommended I replace the trap behind my washing machine but, was not trying to hard sell me. He took time with me and made me feel very comfortable. He even gave me a discount on the video inspection due to my daughter just being born. I now recommend American Plumbing to everybody. more

Dependable! 9/17/2011

We called American Plumbing after our initial plumbing contractor would not show up. We have several small plumbing jobs at our plant and we needed a plumbing company that would show up, meet all of our insurance requirements, meet all of our safety requirements and were competent. American Pluming is the perfect fit. They are now our plumber and we recommend they be your plumber. more

Being a business owner myself, I know that when somebody brags about being the cheapest all you get is cheap. Service, quality of work and quality of workers at your home. When I hire somebody to come to my home I want to know that I can trust them if I am not home. American Plumbing fits that mold. Their plumbers are neat, professional and I have never had a plumbing problem that they could not handle. I use them when I need a plumber and recommend them to everybody I know. more

These guys have been servicing our office building and my home for years. They are always there when we need them. American Plumbing is always fair, prompt, neat, courteous and know what they are doing. We have never found a problem that is too large or too small for them to handle. I not only call on American Plumbing to service our plant but, I also call American Plumbing for plumbing repairs at my home and my mom's home. Their plumbers are qualified, safe, neat and always answer all of our questions. If I have any concerns I can always count on Terry to answer any concerns that I may have. Too expensive 6/22/2011

We didn't use them, because they wanted to charge $800 for a new toilet installation (with $600 being quoted as the price of the toilet). Another reputable 5 star plumber only charged us $570, and delivered the same toilet. more

Great company! 6/2/2011

I work out of town. My wife called telling me that our house was flooded. She called American Plumbing and Terry showed up right away to check everything out. It turned out that we had several busted water lines in the slab. At first our insurance company was trying to give us the run around. Terry told us to feel free to have our adjuster call him. Our adjuster called Terry, he explained everything to him and our insurance company agreed to cover all of our loss. Terry was patient, his crew did a great job and we will definitely call American Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. more

Very Happy! 4/27/2011

We are so glad that we called and chose American Plumbing to repair our busted drain line in the slab. We were given so much bad and incorrect information by other companies. We had one company that wanted to pump sewer water through our attic. Needless to say, we did not like that solution at all. Terry showed up and explained to us all of our options. He told us what was right and what was incorrect in resolving our issue. We chose American Plumbing and we could not be happier. Everything Terry told us about our situation turned out to be true. We recommend American Plumbing to everybody. more

I am retired and live on really limited budget. When I found out that my toilets needed to be replaced along with the flanges that they sit on, I was very worried. I just did not know how I could afford it. The plumber told me to call the office and Terry would probably work out a payment plan with me. Well, I did and he did. I just told him what I could afford and he assured me that as long as I make my payments on time there would be no late fees added to the monthly payments. Everybody was so helpful and so nice that I just cannot put it into words. Thanks American Plumbing for everything. more

Very Happy! 4/7/2011

Due to a business contact I waited a long time to call American Plumbing. But, after the plumbing company I used for years due my business obligation kept failing me, I finally called American Plumbing. I have known Terry for years and he has always impressed me. He sent one of his plumbers over that evening and his plumber immediately knew I had a drain problem. Terry came out and performed a video inspection and pointed out a bad spot in my line but, told me I could probably wait on making a repair in my slab. He recommended I replace the trap behind my washing machine but, was not trying to hard sell me. He took time with me and made me fill very comfortable. He even gave me a discount on the video inspection due to my daughter just being born. I now recommend American Plumbing to everybody. more

I am so happy that I called American Plumbing. I called them on a Saturday to schedule my appointment for the following Monday. Terry called me early Monday morning to get my information and within a couple of hours the plumber was at my doorstep. The plumber was neat, pleasant and very professional. They are my new plumber! 3/30/2011

I called American Plumbing because, I had another so called plumber install a reverse osmosis water filter under my kitchen sink. After paying this so called plumber over $1,000.00 without success of getting any water pressure through the filter I decided it was time to call somebody else. I called American Plumbing and Terry assured me that as long as I had the manual along with the technical support number they could figure it out. Well, Terry sent a crew out immediately. They checked out the situation and the plumber called technical support and found the reason for my problem. This filter WAS NOT designed to be connected to the kitchen sink faucet. It was designed to be connected to a water dispenser that the other so called plumber must have taken with him. American Plumbing gave me solutions to my probelm, options to resolve my problem and they are now the only plumbing company for me. Come to find out, the other so called plumber IS NOT even licensed. I'm a prime example that you must be careful. I recommend that you call American Plumbing just like me. more

Thanks American Plumbing! 3/22/2011

We were so impressed with American Plumbing. We had a leak in the yard of our brand new home that we just purchased. Nobody could explain the origin of the water leak. We had the builder check it out, the builders plumber check it out, etc., etc.. Nobody could figure it out. American Plumbing came out right away and started digging. It was the most bizarre thing. American Plumbing found there was a weep hole in the side of the treatment plant and it was draining into an abandoned telephone conduit. Who would have thought? Not only did American Plumbing solve the water leak mystery but, the sewer odor is gone too. Thanks American Plumbing for everything! more

Great company! 3/17/2011

We had a slab leak that was flooding our home and American Plumbing took care of us quickly and promptly. They were neat and courteous. A couple of weeks after the job was complete we stopped getting hot water into our washing machine. We called Terry and he said it was probably a washing machine problem but, he would come by and check it out anyway. Well, needless to say it was a washing machine problem. We were just glad that he took enough interest to come check on it to confirm it was not another plumbing issue. We would and do recommend American Plumbing to everybody. more
