The worst service I have ever experienced in my more than two year's stay in the U.S. Yesterday I went there to unlock a phone at a price of $30. I was told it would be done by the afternoon. When I came back, they asked me to wait for another day, and I told them I need to leave Denver today in a flight at 5 pm. One of their employees PROMISED me the cellphone would be unlocked by noon. So I trusted them again and went to get my phone at 12:30 today, but was disappointed that they still cannot unlock my phone. This time, they told me my phone can not be unlocked until next Monday. It is ridiculous! I did not want to trust them anymore and asked them to give my phone back. You know what? They refused!!!!! I had a hard time to argue with the shop's manager as a non-native speaker of English. They were in bad attitude and did not agree to give back my phone until I agreed to pay $25. As a customer? I was very angry for what they have done to me, and I will definitely complain to BBB.
