Like some others reviewing this company, they were sent by my home warranty company. The first time they came, they added some freon and couldn't locate a problem. The second time, they removed the coils, telling me it would be two days at the shop. I took the family to stay at a motel because it was too hot to stay in the house. After two days, I had to call them to find out they sent the unit to the factory and it would be 7 - 10 days before they would know when it was going to be returned. I raised hell, but could do nothing about it. I bought a room AC, and moved us all into the living room. Their manager told me he didn't believe the service man told me it would be two days. Two days after that, they returned and reinstalled, saying they found leaks and repaired them. I suspect it never left their shop, but what do I know? One week later, the house wouldn't cool, and today they are back again after two days of living hell and reinstalling the room AC. I'm going to keep on them till it's fixed because I can't afford another company to come in now, but I will never use them after that.
