I needed a new car and didn't want to spend much money, the Pence Subaru staff was warm and friendly. They found exactly what I needed in a timely fashion. No wait or hassles. I love the idea of the free oil changes and other free servies they provide. I have already recommended several friends of mine to visit with the Dealership and they have purchased new Subaru's as well. I will definetly go back when it is time for a new car again.
