I made a reservation with this hotel over seven days in advance. When I went to cancel it within 48 hours after making the reservation, they said I could have cancelled within 24 hours but couldn't now since it was past 24 hours. However, I could reschedule for another date for an additional $50. Now I'm stuck with a reservation that I can't use any longer. Marriott and other chains don't do this to their customers. That is not customer service! I won't stay at another Holiday Inn any longer! more
