I bought a new viper alarm and remote start combo from Erik at soundfx. He was very knowledgable about the product and the car I own. When it was time to drop the car off it was a very painless procedure. I went in at 9 and they had my car checked in within minutes. As soon as the car was finished they called me and I picked it up. Before I left they showed me how everything worked. This remote starter is great. I'm very happy with the experience I had with soundfx. I will be doing business with them again.
