SAVE YOURSELF MAJOR FRUSTRATION AND DON'T GO TO FRAME DOCTORS!!!!! I have had to deal with this guy twice. Walmart recommended him to fix glasses. This business is not a business. He attempts to run it by himself and is never there even though his sign says he's open, and business hours posted in the window. He has a serious time management problem with a bad attitude to boot! He has his cell phone number posted on the window, but if you call and ask him why he is not there and the door locked, he will tell you his wife is sick and he's stuck in traffic somewhere. He gave me this same story last year when I had to deal with him. He expects you to wait for him hours on end, then he finally shows up so you can get your glasses. Never keeps his word as to when they will be ready. I was waiting with 5 other people trying to get their glasses back. One couple drove 20 miles for the second time to get there, had to wait for him to arrive, then the glasses weren't ready when he said they would be. They had to come back the following day again. Something about his acetylene tank being empty. I heard that story before too. Agree with Hank X. He never answers the question you ask, but will respond back to you with something unrelated. Does not listen to what is said and puts his own spin on it with a stupid answer back. Save yourself the frustration and DON'T go there, even if you have to do a mail in to some place else. He's not the only guy that fixes glasses.
