The guys operate at your basic sleazy used car dealer level.

At delivery, service tech admitted to astounding levels of ignorance on the operation of any RV, let alone the one we purchased; he was their main guy, and he had been there two months... seems as though there's lots of turnover in employees.
Back office staff was nonsupportive, incompetent, and in bare minimal compliance with state law.
Go (if you must), kick the tires, leave. Save your money for someone that you will want to do business with, and it won't be these guys.
