The guys operate at your basic sleazy used car dealer level.
Lot staff was unaware of info on basic features for major products, even that readily available on the web, hung around simply hoping that you might make a purchase so they can get their not very good commission.
At delivery, service tech admitted to astounding levels of ignorance on the operation of any RV, let alone the one we purchased; he was their main guy, and he had been there two months... seems as though there's lots of turnover in employees.
Back office staff was nonsupportive, incompetent, and in bare minimal compliance with state law.
Go (if you must), kick the tires, leave. Save your money for someone that you will want to do business with, and it won't be these guys.
