One star is too many for this ""take your money and run"" company. Don't finish jobs when committed to, don't return phone calls, don't replace parts they lost, and they damaged the concrete pool deck when working on pool and blamed the concrete company that they ""highly"" reccommended. Bottom line don't be fooled by their ""hometown"" charm, they are not true proessionals - they do not value the customer - they do shoddy work (if you can get them to show up) and leave you with the mess.
