The Movher crews are very efficient and pleasant, and they really spend time with you to ensure that you're satisfied. They did things they really didn't have to do, such as arranging the furniture in a very pleasant manner, rather than just dropping it off. We were dealing with an older couple who couldn't have moved the heavy objects themselves. And though this special attention took extra time, they didn't attach any additional fees. In fact, there was a lot of time they didn't charge for, and they still came out on the low side of their initial estimate in the end.
Finding Movher was like a Godsend. As I mentioned, we used them twice. I know that with Movher, the positive experience is a rule, rather than an exception, because we had different crews each time, and they were both exceptional. They are a new business, and the owner is not only smart, but nice. She uses young college graduates that are polite and eager to please. Everyone we dealt with very personable, reasonable, and professional. We recommend them highly.
