We used this moving company and were impressed by the movers themselves. The owner however, was very disappointing. Both men who helped us were very polite and got the job done quickly. However, the movers did make a poor choice and drove into our new neighbors driveway while attempting to back into ours. The truck they used leaked oil, leaving numerous spots in the neighbors driveway as well as ours. When I contacted Sabrina (the owner) about the issue, she stated this sort of thing happens and she would be willing to talk to our neighbor and attempt to clean the spots. However, the neighbor wanted it done professionally. At that point, Sabrina denied her truck had an issue with leaking oil. She then stated that she had the truck fixed and that there was no proof that it was her truck that leaked oil in the driveway. She then stated that she would clean the oil from my driveway can you say contradiction??? We understand that owning a small business is difficult and you cant go paying for everything that happens, but at least have some integrity. By using this company our move ended up costing us $550 more. more

I was very impressed by Sabrina and her team. Everyone was incredibly professional and friendly. The team worked very well together during our move even when there were challenging moments (trying to get furniture around extremely tight corners, etc.)They remained patient and got the job done for us. I would highly recommend Movher for any move you are planning to make!! more

I called Sabrina the week before Labor Day weekend to see if we could use their services on Labor Day weekend to move my daughter out of her apartment. Not only were they available on our schedule, the whole move was completed in 2 hours and with no extra charge for being on a weekend or holiday. The best part was the guys also moved a very heavy entertainment center from upstairs to downstairs that wasn't even a part of the move out. I so appreciate MovHer! They are fast, friendly, fabulous and affordable! Will definately be calling them in the future! more

Loved it. I needed my large pieces of furniture moved for my new carpet installation. Sabrina was great to work with. Really easy to schedule. They showed up on time, were very careful with all my furniture including my antique pieces and were very affordable. I will recommend them and if I need to use them again will know my things will be taken great care of. more

Movher packed a precious family harp for shipment across the country. My sister made all the arrangements, a friend was there for the pick-up in Spokane, and a third party arranged the move with another shipper. Most of all the harp arrived in perfect condition. My sister said the packing was beautiful, with foam of various kinds protecting the harp in every direction in a custom-made box. Equally important, all of the above people raved about working with Movher--excellent communication and warm and friendly interactions. more

We were recommended Movher by a retirement home we where we were helping with a move. We had such a good experience the first time, we decided to use them again in the same capacity. Not only are they a very good deal, but they also went above and beyond our expectations, adding that extra touch that really left a good impression. The Movher crews are very efficient and pleasant, and they really spend time with you to ensure that you're satisfied. They did things they really didn't have to do, such as arranging the furniture in a very pleasant manner, rather than just dropping it off. We were dealing with an older couple who couldn't have moved the heavy objects themselves. And though this special attention took extra time, they didn't attach any additional fees. In fact, there was a lot of time they didn't charge for, and they still came out on the low side of their initial estimate in the end. Finding Movher was like a Godsend. As I mentioned, we used them twice. I know that with Movher, the positive experience is a rule, rather than an exception, because we had different crews each time, and they were both exceptional. They are a new business, and the owner is not only smart, but nice. She uses young college graduates that are polite and eager to please. Everyone we dealt with very personable, reasonable, and professional. We recommend them highly. more

This was my first time using Movher. We were scheduled to move on a Saturday at noon. Unfortunately, we had a huge snowstorm that day, and their truck got stuck in the snow. They didn't show up until 5pm that evening. They worked straight through until 2:30am because they knew it was a time-sensitive job and we would be opening Monday morning. They were great. They had a fantastic sense of humor, never stopped laughing the entire time. I've recommended them to a few friends of mine and would be happy to use them again! Tim Cassels more

I had a great time using MovHer. It was a very complicated move because we were having to move my mother into a nursing home. Some things had to be moved to storage, some to my house, and something things had to be moved both from my house and her house to northern Idaho. It took quite a bit of logistical planning to get it all done, and everything was fine. There may have been a box or two that ended up in the wrong place, but considering everything we had to move, it was not a problem. The biggest thing was that we had a deadline for the move, and we met it. Everything arrived in great shape, and nothing was broken. One thing that I particularly liked about MovHer was that Sabrina has a nice group of public charities she works with. In any move you find things that you don't want to keep but that are too good to dump. Sabrina took care of everything by getting them to charities like Transitions or Women's Free Kitchen. That was great because they went to people who could use them, but I didn't have to spend the time researching where to take them. more

I was pleased when the crew showed up a few minutes early. There was some fumbling for the right equipment and they did not have equipment to wrap some of my pieces as I had expected them to. Over all they did a very nice job. Even helped me move a bedroom from one place to another. Additionally, when we got to my storage shed, they helped me rearrange it so it would hold more. I think they underestimated # of movers needed to move everything within time limits. But workers did excellent job and I'd use the company again. more
