I contacted Service Care twice in one week... Once for refrigerator repair and once for dryer repair. Joe was my service technician for each call. He was prompt in his contact, timely in his service, professional and tidy in his work, informational re: issues/problems/repair with each service call. His customer service skills are exceptional. I will definitely contact Service Care for future TV and appliance needs!
