She had it shipped out and recieved it in a couple days. Thanks for the great service. By the way you saved me over $400.00 from what a local service tech wanted to fix it. more

Sets the standard 8/21/2015

Guy made his appointment window, brought the correct part without a repeat trip, and knocked the replacement out quickly. Satisfactory experience. The five hour appointment window could stand to be narrowed down some, though the dispatcher did offer to have the technician call ahead of time so I could leave work. more

I truly appreciated the efficiency and friendliness when working with Service Care to fix our dishwasher issues. Anthony was our technician who came to our house twice to diagnose the issue then bring back the right parts. Great guy, always super nice and professional, and was sure to leave our dishwasher working better than it was before! more

Great service! 6/30/2015

Great overall experience! Technician arrived when he said he would. He was very polite and professional. He tracked down the replacement part he needed to complete repairs and said he would be back when the part came in. I expected to wait at least a week, but he was back in 3 business days! Awesome service! My compliments to both the technician and the office personnel! more

Jason & Paula were a great help... 5/30/2015

Frig was frosting over in a lease unit so I called Paula initially. Jason came by, diagnosed the problem & Paula stayed in touch to schedule Jason's return with parts a week later. A particular part that was ordered was bad, thankfully Jason returned to the shop and tested several until he found one that was working. He installed it and though it took more time than budgeted, got the repair completed. No complaints from the tenant as of yet so I assume issue is handled. Good experience, frig fixed and my life is easier with no complaints. THANKS! more

Friendly, prompt, and professional. 5/28/2015

I elected to take my appliance to the service care office where I was greeted by a customer service rep who was extremely professional and personable. The tech called me the next day just as I had been informed he would and the appliance was ready to be picked up that day. Most importantly, the appliance worked great and they were very reasonable (almost to cheap) with their price. Thanks! more
