Today, we had a 5 ton a/c unit, air handler and new thermostat installed by All Air. There are no nicer, more helpful people on planet Earth. Mike gave us some options, we chose the one most suitable for us and signed on the dotted line with a 50% down, on the spot. When the installers (Adam and Jesus) arrived this morning, I was very impressed. They were neat, clean, polite, quiet and personable. The work took about 5 hours, including a nice clean-up, and during that time, Mike stopped in to see that all was going according to plan, which it was. About two hours after Jesus and Adam departed, the office called (Christy) and asked if we were pleased with the job and if the house was beginning to cool down yet. The answer was ""yes"" to both questions. We will have them replace our other unit after the holidays without any need for bids. We highly recommend this company if you're interested in quality equipment and sterling customer service.
