Terrible rip-off con-artists. Do not use them. They charged me $452.00 to replace a warrantied cover air conditioner part that took less than 1 hour to install. Do not use them. They masquerade themselves as professionals but are actually con-artists that should have their operating license revoked. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. more

Richard and Colby showed up quickly after I called with a problem on my AC. They explained the problem and demonstrated what was wrong, and after letting me know the cost to fix it, performed the repair quickly. I'm glad I didn't have to go all night without AC. more

Stay away from these guys!! They will say or do just about anything to get you to buy a brand new A/C unit from them...even lie to your face. My A/C was frozen up. First of all, they didn't show up when they said they were going to. When they finally did show up 3 hours later, they told me that I needed a new unit and that they would temporarily fix it and that I could buy a new unit from them for $4500. They charged me $80 for the ""repair"". The next day, the A/C stopped working again. I called a different company. The guy came out and told me they did nothing, that they just let it thaw out and it started working again on it's own. The problem was that the coils needed to be cleaned. Now the unit is working fine and has been fine for 4 months. more

These people are a rip off and price gougers. They tried to sell me a bunch of unnecessary upgrades and came up with a price of over $1,000. They made a repair at 11AM and by 9PM it was not working again. I called their 24 hour service number and refused to come out. I told them I will dispute the charge on my card and he said, ""you think I need your $325 ?"" They are a piece of work and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!! more

Technicians & super specialists Richard & Carlos did an ABSOLUT PROFESSIONAL job not just fixing my unit and extending the life of it but also explaining every single detail I need to know to understand the process and get the cool flow of air in my condo. Trusworthy, responsible, super nice, educated,clean (check out the yellow disposable boots they wear on top of their shoes to make sure they don't dirty up the floors!) Real Customer Service 5/4/2012

Adam was my tech today to tune up my system. He obviously loves his job and made sure I understood my system and ways I might improve it. In a county that is a true horror for customer service, Adam beams with how to treat a customer and so much more. I can honestly say that this man is a true professional, being respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. He is a gem amongst Rocks. Furthermore, in all my years as a customer, I have found this company to be far superior and to date all the employees and techs have always treated me with the highest regard. It just doesn't get any better than that! more

Great Service and Expertise 4/8/2012

I have been having issues with my AC for the last 6 months. I've been working with a local 'AC repair man' that has cost me $$$$ only to have the problem re-occur. I recently found All Air of South Dade online and from the very first call to make my appointment I have had nothing but the best service. I was able to get a technician to my house within hours and when they showed up they made it very clear they were experts and left me with no doubt that the issue would be fixed but the time they left. Adam and Matt were professional, proficient, friendly and knew what they were doing. My AC now works perfectly and wish I had found All Air of South Dade a few months ago. I will defintely recommend these guys for AC repair - ask for ADAM!!!!!! more

Finally Honest A/C guy! 3/30/2012

Like everyone else, I always felt that next to a mechanic the A/C guy always seems like he wants to rip you off and since we can't live without A/C in South Florida you are at their mercy. So when All Air came out and gave me a quote to fill Freon and then gave me 2 other options of what they feel I need to do to prolong the life of my A/C I was skeptical. I really liked the tech and thought he was professional and thorough and explained everything but in my mind I thought....trust no one....well i should have followed my gut feeling but stubborn me decided to think about it and get back to them. Well, guess what, after getting other quotes I realized that they gave me not only good advice about what I really needed but the best prices out there! Wow, an honest A/C guy????? So let's now talk about Adam, Mr. Honest A/C guy. Adam was professional, thorough, didn't try to swindle me into unnecessary things and very nice and polite. He did his job quickly and showed me what he was doing and explained why. I actually understood why I needed these things. Adam was very clean and considerate of his surroundings which is rare in these types of situations. You couldn't even tell they were here after they left it was so clean. If All Air knew how to fix other things at home I would call them to come in just because Adam made the experience bearable for something that normally is frustrating. His partner Chris and the entire All Air team were easy to work with and very professional which is rare in Miami. As I sit here in my well air conditioned house with my silent condenser outside all I can say is...thanks Mr.Honest A/C guy....you are a breath of fresh air, literally and figuratively. 1 Happy Customer 12/10/2011

After my 4 ton Lennox unit failed on Thanksgiving day with 25 people at my house, I called All Air of south dade on friday morning. Mike came out and gave a very competitive quote on new equipment by noon the same day. Coming from a construction background I recognized the installation was going to be very challenging . Van and Mike installed the new AC and did an amazing job, they left the house cleaner than when they had arrived. I appreciatte all their efforts and would recommend the entire team highly. Good response, good work, good price! 10/21/2011

My A/C stopped working while I was out of town. When I arrived home to a hot house, I called in the morning and All Air responded quickly and also accomodated my schedule. It was likely that my freon had leaked from a sealed system, meaning I had a leak. Probably the coil. It would have cost me $1,500 to replace it and recharge it with freon. If this did not resolve the problem, finding and repairing the leak would have been costly. So, I bought a new air conditioner. They offered me different prices and qualities and found one that would suit my needs without breaking the bank. They also reduced the price a little to make it easier to do. Van Kushner was my installer/technician. There was no trial and error as with other companies I had used in the past. He installed and guaranteed it would work correctly, beofre he even turned the power back on. Thanks, Van! My new A/C Unit came with a 10/10/1 year warranty. That is so important as anyone living in south Florida knows. Thanks All Air! more

Very Professional 10/5/2011

My brother's AC recently needed servicing. He used ALL Air and recommended we call them when we told him our AC wasn't cooling. We called All Air on a Sunday morning. Richard was dispatched to our house. He was very respectful and took his time inspecting the AC unit inside and outside of the house. He explained what the problem was and offered a solution. I'm glad my brother recommeded them. more

Great Service 9/21/2011

Great service, respectful, and considerate. We had a great experience with All Air for our AC needs. They finished their installation, cleaned up and were extremely helpful with any questions that we had. The consultant was great, he came in and explained all financing options and spoke to us about the right unit for our house. We are happy to have All Air servicing our AC. We've never had a complaint for any work they have done. We will definitely recommend them to others in the area as well as use them for all our repairs and servicing needs. Installers Van Kushner and his partner were great at their job and very polite. respectful, and cleaned up even though they didn't need to. Great job guys, very happy and satisfied family. Prompt, respectful and and fast. Had a very good experience in such a terrible time when your A/C breaks and it's 100 degrees outside and you have a 93 year old mother inside. They where kind, fast, respectfull and they work with you to get the right unit for your property. I am gratefull . Thanks Van. more

Best AC Service!!! 9/6/2011

Its the end of summer and the AC gave out last night. You can imagine how hot the house was! We called All Air and they were able to work with our schedule to have someone at the house when we would be home. They called an hour before coming and were right on time. Richard was our tech and he was AWESOME! Found the problem right away and took care of it even faster! Within 20 minutes our AC was up and running =) The prices seemed reasonable but I did not have the luxury of shopping around for the best price. I was given an estimate to fix a possible problem in the future as well as a guarantee for parts and labor for a year. I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation. THANKS!!!!! Miami's Best Air Conditioning Installers 8/12/2011

I highly recommend All Air of South Dade. Our ac broke down last week and I met with Chris, he checked both ac units and provided alternative solutions. Due to the age and condition of the unit we opted for replacement with a high efficiency unit. Chris provided information on rebates from FPL and the Fed. Gov. that made the cost acceptable. The compressor and handler were replaced on time and is running great.-thank you Van Kushner for all of your hard work. more

Excellent Service 8/11/2011

If you have an HVAC issue at your home or business, I highly recommend All Air of South Dade. I called in the late evening last week due to a clogged drain line, resulting in the A/C throwing water all over the floor upstairs. A technician (Richard) was here within an hour! He fixed the problem, and made several recommendations regarding how my equipment installation could be vastly improved. The very next day (8/4/11), Technicians Richard and Charles arrived precisely as scheduled, and completely recovered a poor quality installation by another contractor. They even wore Tyvek booties over their shoes, and laid down runners in the work area to keep my floors clean! Thus far, the work performed has been flawless, and my home is nice and cool. Pricing was fair, and upfront, no suprises. Be prepared, the minute you pick up the phone, friendly, courteous staff are there to answer your call! The following week (8/11/11) Installers Luis and Juan returned to rework another unit that was very badly installed by a different company. Again, arrival was prompt, and they took all precautions to keep the job site clean (Luis even vacuumed my kitchen floor!). All work was done in about the most professional manner I think I have ever seen from ANY contractor! Again, let me say that everyone I dealt with was entirely professional, and very respectful, and the work performed is top notch. Thanks again All Air!
