The technician that came to my home was rude. He was not sure how to fix my dishwasher problem. When he left, he did not reconnect all my pipes correctly and I had dirty, stinky food water draining into my basement. I have 7 kids and try my best to keep up with the clutter and mess they create. He commented on how my house was a little messy. I cried when he left. He made me feel like a terrible person. My husband talked with the owner of the company who could have cared less about our problem. It was very frustrating. I would call someone else.
