I've taken my Volvo here on 3 or 4 occasions. Once there was a misunderstanding related to an update on my car's status. James, the GM, cleared it up judiciously. Small but accommodating waiting area (TV/wifi/phone; water, coffee); helpful shuttle service. The dealer usually will charge more. Accuracy is a priority. But they may need 5 hours just to report your car's problem to you.
