I took my car there for their clay bar, and exterior service, Martin and his crew did a great job.The car came out of their shop as if it was new. Great Job guys.

Fantastic Customer Service 6/18/2012

I drove my car to arborMotion, the detailing division, to get an estimate on removing pond scum water marks (yup...that's right....our sprinkler system uses water from a small & silty pond) off the entire exterior of my car. Two trips through the car wash had not budged the mess. The detail manager, Martin Lunceford, worked on the car for about 15 minutes, removing the mess with a mild chemical abrasive & washing the car and didn't charge me a penny. He just asked that I remember their service when I want my car fully detailed. The shop was clean and looked very well run. I will certainly be back for detailing and so will my husband. more

Great job, fast friendly and informative. 2/16/2012

I could not be happier with the work and the customer service at Arbor Motion. When I told the cutomer service agent about the problem I was having with my Toyota, he was very optimistic and assured me that they would do all they could, and would find a way to fix the problem. It really felt like I was dealing with people who knew what they were talking about and I had total trust in the work that they did. The different options of new and used parts available were also really great to have, and the shuttle service at all times of the day was very convenient. I would definitely recommend Arbor Motion! more

Arbormotion is a throwback, yet progressive automotive care facility for the following reasons: 1. Honesty - Each team member is extremely approachable! The technicians are willing to visually show you areas of concern, so that you fully understand the nature of the service needed. The service staff took great care to prioritize my service needs, and James the (GM) was more than willing to share their business philosophy and mission with me over a cup of coffee. 2. Value - Arbormotion is proud to offer OEM or better parts when servicing vehicles backed by a 2 year warranty on most parts and labor. In addition to the quality of parts and workmanship, most of the technicians have between 10 & 40 years of experience in the industry and even on particular makes. 3. Community Efforts - I noticed when in for a service appointment, they have teamed up with multiple A2 organizations to help sponsor or donate proceeds to. It is nice to see a local company reinvest back into the community which helps to sustain its business. Arbormotion is worthy of a visit if you are considering a home for your import vehicle. They are just as concerned about the relationship with their customers as the vehicles they service. more

Unbelievable Service 1/2/2012

I took my Envoy into Arbor Motion for a flat tire while on vacation. I was in a real pinch being 3 hours from home. They took my car in with no appointment and had it back to me within 45 minutes, washed and all. I was not charged a dime either. This completely turned an unfortuante situation for my family and I into a bright spot on our vacation. Thank you Arbor Motion and service advisor Ken Smigielski for getting us back on the road so quickly. more

I bought my Volvo S-70 used in 06 from a friend in Fla. The best advice my friend gave me was to make sure only certified Volvo techs lift that hood. I decided against dealerships, too impersonal, somewhat pricey...I found what was then known as "Swedish Engineering" off State Cr in Ann Arbor to be close to my work & home and thought I would stop in. The warm reception, courteous & professional manner which I was received meant a lot to me. I was impressed with thier standard oil change...complete check of the entire vehicle, spot checking for any potential problems, they even test drive and hand wash & dry the vehicle before it's returned. Since that first appointment The techs @ Arbor Motion have treated my car as if it were thier own...I'm proud to refer thier services to any one looking for a quality, reputable & trustworthy establishment to take care of thier "investment" more

Outstanding service. 8/15/2011

Tires were rotated even though it was very close to closing time.Wear on tires was explained; complete information on pricing given. Even got a free car wash. Will certainly return. Chuck and staff were great. more

My truck looks like new! 7/7/2011

I bought the Premier Detail Package for my 2005 F250 Lariat, and could not be happier with the results. The truck is outdoors all the time, so the dark red metallic paint was beginning to suffer. The sparkle and shine have been restored, and it looks like new again! The interior is amazingly clean, and smells good too. The leather seats feel soft, and I really think the extra conditioner is worth it. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. I would, and do recommend ArborMotion / Attention to Detail to anyone seeking detailing services. more

Has much to offer, but patience is required. Get there early! 6/7/2011

I've taken my Volvo here on 3 or 4 occasions. Once there was a misunderstanding related to an update on my car's status. James, the GM, cleared it up judiciously. Small but accommodating waiting area (TV/wifi/phone; water, coffee); helpful shuttle service. The dealer usually will charge more. Accuracy is a priority. But they may need 5 hours just to report your car's problem to you. more

Staff/ service ~ excellent. 5 discount on labor for AAA membership=bonus 5/26/2011

This week, for the first time, I brought my Volvo in for service. Corky explained, in layman's terms, everything that needed repairing. I thought the price for the repairs was fair. I was also pleased to note that a 5 discount for labor is given for AAA members. I will definitely return when I need any additional work performed on my car. more

ArborMotion/Swedish Engineering did a very nice job with our XC-90, fully explaining all costs and also not pressuring me into having work done. The mechanic was very thorough with me on the phone twice, both before and after the work was done. more

ArborMotion has excellent duty drivers & service 4/11/2011

ArborMotion's driver Ron Sharp, who off-and- on for four days, picked me up from my home and delivered me either to work or to ArborMotion where my Volvo was having extensive repairs, was never late, and never at a loss for good humor and engaging conversation. I feel Ron should be commended for service above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks to Ron and ArborMotion, a facility of truly good service. more

I used Arbormotion for the first time last week to put on tires ordered from Tire Rack. Corky and staff are very professional and friendly. The job was done with good quality. My car also got washed after the service. I am sure I will come back to them if I need in the future. more

Best repair shop I've visited - bar none. 3/23/2011

I'm a geek (apparently n-e-r-d is profanity, according to customerlobby.com), and have always felt out of place at car repair shops where a greasy-fingered guy with a Brooklyn accent (even if the place is in Michigan) shows me a chicken scratch "estimate" of the services my car "needs" when I brought it in for a tire rotation. This place is a shop for geeks, and I mean that in the best possible way. The service bays are tidy, the estimates are clearly explained in detail on computer printouts, and the staff are not the people who picked on you in high school. I was lucky enough to purchase a used Volvo through Jason Gary after one of their regular customers no longer needed it, and now take both the Volvo and my wife's Toyota to ArborMotion for all our needs. Free shuttles/loaners, too; seriously, what more can you ask for in a shop? more

Staff is incredible, nice and very friendly! 3/16/2011

The staff made sure I was informed of everything that was going on, they made sure I got a fair price and informed me of the right parts to use, not the priciest ones. I felt very comfortable with everything, I would highly recommend them. more
