It’s hard to say what the Doctors here are like since after 17 years of going here I have seen an actual Doctor twice. The PA’s are great but wait until you get the bill. I have the best insurance money can buy. “Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO with an almost unheard of deductible of only $250 a year.” It’s insanely high and there are so many hidden cost in this office, my insurance is never enough. Every time I go in for another appointment, they tell me I owe $100 here and $50 there, when it clearly states, after the deductible is met, I am only supposed to pay a $10 co-pay for each visit to a doctor who is in network and $15 to a Doctor out of network. They have names for their fees “Out of pocket” and “customer portion”. Like the $93 charge for removing wax from my sons ear. “WITH A Q TIP” So beware of their billing department for if you contest them, they report it to an outside creditor for collections. That $50 here and $93 there adds up to a real nuisance.
