I purchased one year service agreement for heating and cooling in 2010 from Bob Hamilton. They stated priority would be provided during service to their customer who has service agreement. But that?s far from reality. \r

I had a scheduled A/C maintenance at 4pm. So, I leave early from office but found a message for reschedule service at my home phone, which actually 2 weeks after the actual scheduled date. They purposely call at home, when they have my cell number, to avoid any confrontation. Later when I called, they agreed to come after hours at a cost of additional $65. \r

They do not care about schedule or customer?s time. I will not use Bob Hamilton?s service again and not recommend anyone. A totally distrusted company.
