I scheduled a Saturday appointment with Dr. Treece. This office charges their clients (including returning clients) a $100 fee in advance to ""confirm"" the appointment. Three days before my appointment, the doctor cancelled his Saturday appointments, and when I asked about getting the $100 back, the receptionist replied, ""Well, that's the tough part.""
So, I went ahead and scheduled during the week, and had to take time off from work to make the appointment. I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for the doctor to finally show up for a simple Botox treatment. I will never return to this office again.
