Wonderful Experience! Highly Recommend! 7/6/2011

I saw Dr. John Wakelin for a Botox treatment for wrinkles around my crows feet, in between my eyes and also in my forehead. Also, had Juvederm to plump my lips a little. The whole experience was wonderful. He is a very professional but down to earth. The treatment was quick and painless. I got many compliments on the results! Highly recommend Dr. Wakelin and his staff! more

Very Poor Service 5/12/2011

I scheduled a Saturday appointment with Dr. Treece. This office charges their clients (including returning clients) a $100 fee in advance to ""confirm"" the appointment. Three days before my appointment, the doctor cancelled his Saturday appointments, and when I asked about getting the $100 back, the receptionist replied, ""Well, that's the tough part."" So, I went ahead and scheduled during the week, and had to take time off from work to make the appointment. I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for the doctor to finally show up for a simple Botox treatment. I will never return to this office again. more

Wish I'd done it sooner! 4/27/2011

I recently had Vaser liposuction to my inner thighs with Dr. Treece, and I couldn't be happier with the results! He and his staff are very friendly and took great care to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The surgery itself was done right in the office, and only took about an hour. I saw results immediately which continued to get better and better over the next several weeks. I am now about 2 months post-op and so THRILLED. This summer I will be buying my very first pair of shorts - ever! If you are considering a cosmetic surgery, I'd definitely recommend Dr. Treece! more

Mastectomy, reconstruction, Dr. Heck 10/14/2009

I had breast reconstruction following my mastectomy. On our first meeting he put us at ease, explained everything and helped us work through our options. He prepared us for the shock of reconstruction. The staff at CAP is super too. Everyone is very helpful and they go out of their way to make an uncomfortable situtation better. They are sensitive to patient's feelings.\r Dr. Heck is a funny guy, has a soft heart and would do anything for you. He is top notch in our book! Pros: Easy to get to office, always on time, accomodating Cons: Not a fan of modern art more

Very Pleased! 5/2/2006

Dr. Heck provided realistic expections of my breast reduction. I had two large scars from a previous emergency surgery two years ago. Dr. Heck removed the most visable scar and rotated the other to where it can not be seen in a bra or bathing suit. This scar will fade in time. Dr. Heck is perspicuous and professional. I highly recommend his services. The staff excellent in the process medical and insurance paperwork. I am very pleased with all aspects of service I received. Disappointed! 4/16/2006

Because he was always rushed, what seemed obvious--scheduling too many patients and running atleast an hour behind. When I was getting my treatments, he was running in and out of room seeing other patients at the same time, and not present to observe any changes or reactions to my treatments. Absolutely, I believe his lack of attention and care is the main reason I had a severe reaction--which took three months to return to normal or for the treatment to wear off. His work is not worth the wait. Pros: Good Parking Cons: Long Wait, Rushed!, Too Booked! more
