I highly recommend Dave! I went in to see him a few weeks after dealing with Best Buy. I spent over $200 and didn't have a computer for over a week just trying to get a virus off. At the end Best Buy claimed they fixed it but really it was just as screwed up as before I took it to them. I took it back to Best Buy but they would not help me without charging me even more money. So I tried to live with it but then all of a sudden it wouldn't turn on anymore. Dave took my laptop and in less than 24 hours later notified me that my motherboard was bad. Dave was honest with me and told me what he honestly thought I should do, not what would make him the most money. Dave ended up giving me diagnosis at an extremely discounted price and recommended that I buy a new computer. At my request I asked him to give me a quote on how much it would cost me if he were to replace the motherboard.
