I highly recommend Dave! I went in to see him a few weeks after dealing with Best Buy. I spent over $200 and didn't have a computer for over a week just trying to get a virus off. At the end Best Buy claimed they fixed it but really it was just as screwed up as before I took it to them. I took it back to Best Buy but they would not help me without charging me even more money. So I tried to live with it but then all of a sudden it wouldn't turn on anymore. Dave took my laptop and in less than 24 hours later notified me that my motherboard was bad. My experience with Dave and company were very positive. When I arrived my laptop was held hostage by a computer virus. Dave 'cured' the virus - installed anti-spyware, anti-virus and maleware programs and most importantly patiently explained how to use them. He's knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Unfortunately, I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT utilize the services of A Computer Repair Shoppe.\r I took my laptop to Dave earlier this year, and his shoppe was broken into one evening. My $800.00 laptop was stolen along with other computers.
