I should have known when I did not get a return call from the ""free"" ""drive-by"" estimate that was supposed to be conducted in a few days (within 2-3 days) that I was headed down the wrong path! I had to call the company back (which was two weeks after I had called) to find out if the installer conducted the estimate, since I had not gotten a call back on the estimate. The company never called me back, to give me the estimate. When I called to find out what the estimate would be the installer (who happened to be the one that conducted the drive-by estimate) had a horrible attitude. He acted as if he did not even want to be on the phone! He did not even act like he wanted to answer any of the questions I had. I really wanted to get the work done on my home, so I went into the office later that week to give my deposit. Five weeks later, I found out that the company never placed my order even when I called then weekly and was told that they did. When I came to pick up my check and cancel my order, I was given nothing but lies. I am planning to report this Middle River, MD company to the Better Business Bureau. They are getting the 1 star only because I had to give this lousy company a rating! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! more
