The people at Aero Roofing are just thieves and scums. The biggest bunch of rip off artists and liars I ever seem. Terrible service, materials. workmanship, and attitude Do not business with them. Out of business and license revoked is what Aero Resident Contractors deserves. Theodore Charles Ryder, the owner, lies, makes excuses, blames other and does not take any responsibility for the poor work he or his company does. Theo is an extremely neurotic, unscrupulous immature,unprofessional,unreliable lying individual He feel that is above every one else and will just not accept any responsibility or accountability.He is absolutely the worst home improvement contractor in Maryland. He does not care about the customers, He only cares about getting your money .I can honestly tell you that if you hire him, it will definitely be one of the worst decision you ever made. I have employed many businesses in the past and by far he is absolutely the worst. I have never met a person that is so dishonest unprofessional and undependable as him. He will say any thing to get you to sign a contract and for you to give him your hard earned money.His goal is the get your money and then do as little as possible, as slow as possible, with the worst quality materials as possible. After he gets your money, it will almost be impossible for you to contact him When he does return your call, it will usually be one excuse or another why his crew is not working on your job.The truth is that he is either at another job, has spent all your money, or just does not care.,When you do complain, he will threaten you by not sending his crew out, charging you more for your job,or with legal action, I hire him to do some siding repair that should have taken only a few days and it literally took several weeks to finish.This included me doing some of the work, He was weeks late starting the job and then would be gone for weeks. When his crew did come, it would be literally just a hour here and there. He and his men are not educated even in basic home improvement techniques and it is clearly seem in their;lack of workmanship and planning.His crew could not even nail siding straight. I have never hire a more incompetent and unprofessional, untrustworthy company than Aero Residential Contractors. This company is so inept, so unreliable and so dishonest it should have been out of business years ago. Actually he did go out of business in 2012. He just rename it from Aero Roofing to Aero Residental Contractors Same con men in charge. Just a simple search on the Internet will reveal the large number of dissatisfied customers. formal MHIC and BBB complaints and lawsuits involving him. It has just been a horrible and frustrating experience dealing with him. I strongly recommend that you do not even consider getting a quote from him because you may fall victim to his con job. Do yourself the biggest favor and just avoid him, It will be one of the best decision you ever made in your life. Hiring him was my worst decision .. more

As a former employee of Aero Roofing ( Aero Residential Contractors) , I would have to agree with those reviews. I use to work for Theodore C. Ryder Jr( the owner).but I just could not stand the inferior quality of work that we were doing and the way he took advantage of those poor home ownerss. He just told them whatever they wanted to hear to get their money and laughed "" A sucker born every minute"" as he would put it. He just could not believe that people would still give him their money even with all the dissatisfied customers he had. As far as the work goes, we never had the right equipments, or ones that actually worked. The materials were low quality, never enough men for the job and the no clear plans on what we were suppose to do. The homeowners would be so upset and the workers had to take the blame because Theodore C. Ryder Jr. was never at the job site. It got so bad that several workers quit and the suppliers would not extend any credit to him because he owed everybody money. Subcontractors were furious about not getting paid and placing lein on the homeowners. We loss several contracts because he was so undependable and the work done so poorly that the customer just fired us. Several times were were not paid because of his mismanagement of company funds. I just could not be part of this second rate company any longer so so I found another job. I don't know how he got into this business because he doesn't know anything about landscaping. No education, no integrity. Any one can get a license and be a landscaper it seems.. But more important is that he does not care about the service he is suppose be providing to the customers. I would advise anyone thinking of using his company to seriously reconsider. You will be very sorry if hire him. While I was serving with the army last year. My wife hired this company to install a deck, and gutters for the house. When I came home, I noticed that the gutters in front of the house were not draining properly. We contacted the company several times without any luck. They kept saying that we will be taking care off. After three months of calls, they still did not take care of the adjustment of the gutter's angle. Shame SHame..... I would not recommend this company for my worst enemy. more

I should have known when I did not get a return call from the ""free"" ""drive-by"" estimate that was supposed to be conducted in a few days (within 2-3 days) that I was headed down the wrong path! I had to call the company back (which was two weeks after I had called) to find out if the installer conducted the estimate, since I had not gotten a call back on the estimate. The company never called me back, to give me the estimate. When I called to find out what the estimate would be the installer (who happened to be the one that conducted the drive-by estimate) had a horrible attitude. He acted as if he did not even want to be on the phone! He did not even act like he wanted to answer any of the questions I had. I really wanted to get the work done on my home, so I went into the office later that week to give my deposit. Five weeks later, I found out that the company never placed my order even when I called then weekly and was told that they did. When I came to pick up my check and cancel my order, I was given nothing but lies. I am planning to report this Middle River, MD company to the Better Business Bureau. They are getting the 1 star only because I had to give this lousy company a rating! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! more
