Horrible service. Bought a new tire. Went flat, and I brought it back and they fixed it. Went flat again and I brought it back and they said that I had to pay for a new one because it had been driven on while flat. This is the third instance of poor customer service I've had from this location... Costco just got alot more appealing. Schwabs should learn some lessons from other NW customer service greats - Starbucks, Nordstroms, and REI. Done with them after 15+ years.
