Worst Schwabs Ever 5/17/2011

Horrible service. Bought a new tire. Went flat, and I brought it back and they fixed it. Went flat again and I brought it back and they said that I had to pay for a new one because it had been driven on while flat. This is the third instance of poor customer service I've had from this location... Costco just got alot more appealing. Schwabs should learn some lessons from other NW customer service greats - Starbucks, Nordstroms, and REI. Done with them after 15+ years. more

Free popcorn! 4/1/2010

The day I went I had to wait along time. But hey, there's free popcorn, tv, and the service I needed was also free. I was suprised but pleased to see see women working on the cars as well as men. Everyone was very curtious. more

Les Schwab Tire Center 6/12/2008

Whenever I have a tire problem, I head to Les Schwab. They are effecient in meeting you when you drive up, and assist immediately if there is a problem. Tires are fixed for free, you just have a wait a brief time while they service the problem. Also having tires checked periodically for pressure has been a great service. I purchased my last car battery from Les Schwab and received immediate service, they had in stock what I needed. Across the country I have used this company and highly recommend them for tires and batteries. more
