I was called within minutes of requesting a service through my home warranty website - wow! Scheduling was easy too. However, the day of the service didn't start out on a good note. I was taking time off work and given an 8-9am arrival window. 9:50am comes around and I had to call to find out where they were and I believe the answer was they were on their way, not far. They showed up an entire hour after my call.
Once at my house the A/C guy was professional and courteous, though on his cell phone a lot. It took significantly longer than what I expected to figure out the problem and get it fixed (about 2 hours). While things were moving slower than I liked, he was friendly and very knowledgeable - I asked A LOT of questions so I could fully understand what happened and why, fortunately he didn't seem bothered by it and was ready to share information.
