The technician who came out was SUPER helpful and kind. However, he basically informed me that the "dirty sock" smell that I had been experiencing was not a big deal and that there wasn't alot that could be done outside of an expensive clorox type solution.
The problem I have is that when I called in and told them about my "dirty sock" smell, they could have easily told me that over the phone what it was. Instead, they made me pay $95 for a technician to come out and spend 5 minutes telling me something that could have easily been said to me over the phone.
That's $95 completely wasted and really not earned at all by RandS
