Every single time I go to Best Buy, I find it i possible to get any customer service. There are Best Buy techies talking about the latest game or new stuff but nobody around to give any assistance. I walk in circles even right in front of these employees and have not even got a, Can I help you?""
I even went up to a sales person asking him if he could help me... and just before I finished my sentence, he walks away and says that he'll be back to me when he's finished helping another customer. This is the guy who was talking to another employee about a new game.
I think these employees just come to work at Best Buy to play games and chat with their friends. This is the feeling I got from visiting here many times.
Again I walked out frustrated and feeling like I wasted my time.
I can see what the other reviewers have gone through and don't recommend this place to anyone.
