Took PC in for repairs ... they replaced the motherboard, however, they also (secretively) removed my expensive video card and replaced it with a cheap one. Then, when their video card began causing problems, and finally I could not even start up my PC, they refused service due to the video card was not the original card that came with the PC. When they finally decided that someone made a mistake on their end, they agreed to replace the video card at their expense. I was asked if I wanted them to put in a cheaper card that they had in stock, or they could send it out for repairs and they would accept the cost of replacing the original video card. I wanted what belonged in my pc. I spent big bucks on this PC! I was told it would be sent out, and they would pay the bill.\r

A few days later, they called me saying that pc was back ... I thought to myself ... IMPOSSIBLE! When I got to Best Buy I was told that they actually got a new card into the store and everything was fine, I was told that my original card GeForce 8800 GT was no longer available! But that the new card was just as good!\r

On the way home ... on the bus, in my wheelchair, I notice one of the front doors on my pc is missing. So, when I get home, almost three hours later, I find that the video card they used was a cheap $ 60.00 card replacing a card that originally costs $ 260.00! So, they lied! Because, the GeForce 8800 GT is still available ... found it in many places on the internet.\r

So, they swiped my expensive video card, they lost the door that closes over the USB and audio jacks on the front of the pc ... which means there is a huge open space that I can see into the computer ... dust and dirt will accumilate real quick!\r

Bottom line ... BEST BUY'S GEEK SQUAD, for this store, IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
