I went to Blue Fin Sushi tonight with a coupon from Restaurantdotcom. I was happy to see that Blue Fin Sushi had recently joined the Restaurantdotcom family. I took my 12 year old nephew who really likes sushi. Between the two of us, our bill was about $45.00. That's $45.00 for sushi only-we drank water. When the bill came and I gave the waitress the coupon, she wouldn't honor it. That's right, the restaurant wouldn't honor the Restaurantdotcom coupon. They said that the owner is now only honoring the Restaurantdotcom coupon on Mondays. Today is Friday. The owner was not there for me to have a conversation with. I have never heard of any place, anywhere only honoring a coupon for one day out of the week. Crazy!! I will never, ever go back!! This is horrible customer service! This leaves a negative mark not only for this restaurant, but for Restaurantdotcom also!! They should not be allowed to change the terms of the contract and stick it to the consumer. I haven't been this mad in a really long time. This was extremely embarrassing for me. The owner is insane to drive business away. The negative press that they will receive with these shenanigans will kill any profits they hope to make!!\r

I will say that the waitress was very nice and apologetic, her hands were tied and couldn't make any concessions for us.
