I thought that the service at the shop was very good, when I first brought my car in they instantly took pictures and provided me with a summary of what was needed. The repairs that they made were excellent and my car left the shop looking beautiful and clean. The only thing that I found slightly irratating about my experience is that I was told my car would be completed on a Friday and it was not actually finished until the following Wednesday. This was due to a tire that needed to be ordered in. When my husband called in to check on the status of the car the receptionist was not friendly and told him that it wasn't thier problem that the tire was taking so long and that she did not know when it would be delivered. When I called in about the car a gentleman informed me that they had to order the tire from out of state and this can take a couple days. I appreciated knowing the details, but felt that the receptionist should have been nicer and relayed this information in the first place. Overall I was happy with the results.
