High Quality repair with many extra things I requested. Not only did they not charge me extra for the extra things, the final price was $375 less than the original estimate! It was ready on a day that was inconvenient for me to pick it up...so they delivered the car to me! I am VERY pleased! more

Great service 10/21/2016

We've used Rick Warner Body Shop a couple times to fix some minor body damage on our cars. Their customer service is really great. Their prices are very reasonable. They always have the car done when they say they will. I would recommend Rick Warner Body Shop to anyone and I would use their services again. more

not good at all 10/4/2016

Auto repair shop dented my custom 1979 Cadillac Seville. They contracted RW for the repair who left it outside in the rain with the top down, and i had to send it back as it had an obvious ripple in the paint. They didnt care about my car at all. Very disappointed. more

I had no problems with the service that Rick Warner Body Shop provided for me. They were on time, got the job completed really fast which was a nice surprise and they work itself was done to a very high standard. I can't fault them on anything at all. What stood out for me in particular was the high standard of their communication. They called me a few times letting me know about how the job was progressing which I appreciated very much, this alone would make me want to go back to them in the future. more

Rick Warner Body Shop is by far my first choice! The quality for the value is what keeps me coming back. They keep the customer advised on the progress as they go, and never do any work without my complete understanding. They are just so easy to deal with, and that stands out in this industry. So many others leave me with a headache and even more stress than when I first went in. Not at Rick Warner - The entire experience is always so pleasant because they are genuinely concerned for their customers situation, as well as their satisfaction. No curve $@!#% - no hidden fees. Rick Warner Body Shop is always quick and easy. I got my front bender fixed and it turned out great. I liked that they are polite and that they drive me home after I drop my car off. I have been using them for a long time and their customer service is always nice and good. more

Totally screwed 5/18/2016

Ripped off by this body shop for self serving reason of the manager. He wants my car for one of his children, so he is undervaluing it to the insurance company. Very poor way to treat longtime customers. Sneaky, greedy, selfish, dirty treatment. Won't be coming back to this body shop ever again. more

They treated me well and they do excellent quality work. 2/20/2016

The only complaint I have is that my car sat at their shop for 4 days before they took it apart, at which time they learned they needed more parts. Then a wrong part was shipped. I wish they had taken it apart the first day it was thee. more
