Dependable is about the last word I would use to describe this company's service. I ordered mulch on April 1 and six weeks, two reschedules and two no shows later, the mulch was still not delivered. There was no phone call the second time they didn't show on the appointed date. When I called to complain, the customer service person could care less that I was unhappy. I asked for a refund and a confirmation that the transaction was cancelled. They didn't even do that properly. Don't get sucked in by the price. Shop elsewhere. This company is not worth the aggravation.
