I had called to have my dog washed after being sprayed by a skunk. I had asked if I could wash her face because she can be aggressive at times due to her last handler abusing her. I had called in the morning and they said that would be fine they will call me when they clear out other dogs. When 5:00pm came around no call to say we haven't forgot about you. I had to call them and ask them again when can I bring my dog the lady was extremely rude. ""saying we said we would call you.""\r
I am still wondering how is a customer suppose too know you haven't forgten about them after 8 hours of waiting for there return phone call. So 9pm came around I had to call them again and no one answered. OF COURSE! \r
They really need to learn something called CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not go there! Find somewhere else to go where your not waiting all day for someone contact you back.\r
