Judy's Pet Palace

I have 2 female Poms, Roxxie & Lapita, & I take them to Judy for grooming every time. One of my girls, Roxxie, can be tempermental about some things, & I asked Judy, the owner about this when I first went to her, & she assured me that the utmost care would be taken with my girls. I have never had ANY problems with Judy's Pet Palace, & we have been taking our dogs to her for years now.\r \r Even when we had a senior baby, she treated him like a king, & he was always clean & not in any duress when we picked him up. Judy has my respect & devotion, & it is just my opinion that the 2 bad reviews here are from customers that could not be satisfied in any way, & could be chronic complainers. I'm the type of person that scrutinizes everything, & I'm extremely protective of my dogs, so rest assured when I tell you that there is no better place to take your furbabies to for grooming than Judy's. PERIOD.\r \r Of course my girls are glad to see me when I return to pick them up, but of all the dogs I have taken to her over the last several years, none have been treated badly or abused. I will NEVER take my dogs to anyone but Judy's Pet Palace, & I am always willing to stand up for her. As far as I'm concerned, she is the ONLY groomer in this city. I've never seen anything but kindness & love for animals from her. If you want you furbaby treated with love & respect, & appreciation for your business, Judy's is the only one you should consider. Very please with service and results. Staff are great! We moved further away from Huber Heights, and still I drive all the way from West Milton to take my boys there. more

I had called to have my dog washed after being sprayed by a skunk. I had asked if I could wash her face because she can be aggressive at times due to her last handler abusing her. I had called in the morning and they said that would be fine they will call me when they clear out other dogs. When 5:00pm came around no call to say we haven't forgot about you. I had to call them and ask them again when can I bring my dog the lady was extremely rude. ""saying we said we would call you.""\r I am still wondering how is a customer suppose too know you haven't forgten about them after 8 hours of waiting for there return phone call. So 9pm came around I had to call them again and no one answered. OF COURSE! \r They really need to learn something called CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not go there! Find somewhere else to go where your not waiting all day for someone contact you back.\r Thank you for wasting my day! more

I wouldn't take my 'girls' anywhere else. I have an American Eskimo, Kallie and a Shitzu, Sara and they love Judy. They take care of your dogs like they are their own. They get a treat whenever we go in and they always try to work us in, when I forget to make an appointment. They have my girls in and out in 2 hours and they look awesome. I go out of town for 6 months in the summer and I still bring them home to have Judy groom them. We love her. more

With 2 large dogs, it's very difficult to take care of them. I found Judy's Pet Palace by doing a search on line and the groomers there are excellent. It's very easy to get my dogs in even on short notice. The place allways smells clean, even with a shop full of wet dogs. My dogs are excited when we get there., and when I pick them up, they are clean, groomed and ready to go. I will reccomend Judy's Pet Palace to anybody who needs a great goomer and happy dogs. The grooming and expertise were wonderful! my dogs have never looked so good. they were friendly and showed great care for my babies! the place didnt smell, a very nice open environment. i will never go elsewhere because unlike most places they are concerned with the well being of the animal. If you have older pets this would not be a good place to take your pets. Our dogs were not clean under tails or on there faces around eyes. When I brought this to the attention of the own I was told that because the dogs were old they were unable to clean them well. Needless to say I will not be going back and would not recommend them to anyone. \r Pros: No delay for scheduling appt. Cons: Dogs not cleaned or groomed properly more
