Today, I went into Warrendale appliance looking for a refrigerator. Granted its not something anyone shops for too frequently, I really didn't know much in regards to brands, features, and reliability. I like the intimate, small store experience and figured they'ld be the best place to start. There were two salespeople present, the younger of the two greeted me first and started showing me around. For a younger gentleman, he was surprisingly very knowledgeable about the different brands, features, and customer service. When he excused himself to answer the phone, the older salesman introduced himself and began helping me. Right away, i could tell he was very experienced.He was familiar with all of the products with the pros and cons of each. Neither salesman ever pressured me nor pushed me to buy a certain one, they were only interested in finding the right one for ME! If i was already happy enough with the service and price, they tell me I get an additional $150.00 off in rebates AND get it delivered the NEXT DAY! Overall, i walked in relatively blind and undecided. However, when i left, i felt happy and confident i made the right choice at and even better price. Definitely will be back.
