We were having problems with an existing unit and we had tried everything to get it repaired. Another company came out and didn't know what they were doing. We decided to put money into a new unit, and we contacted 72 Degrees Heating & Air.
The owner of 72 Degrees came out and talked to us about the new unit. The installation went well. They have had some service people out here working on it because the coil needed to be replaced and now we are waiting on a relay to come in that works on the exterior unit. They are efficient and quick. Of all the companies we've been involved with, I would go with this one.
