She always puts the patient first and is truly an asset to our hospital. Regarding ?catcaretaker?s? review, we regret that we were not able to satisfy you but would like the opportunity to offer an explanation. We don?t encounter too many dissatisfied clients that we aren?t able make things right with, so the particular incident that ?catcaretaker? references was a memorable one.
