My husband and children purchased for me a gift for Mother's Day at the Rain Day Spa. I used the services at the spa which came to $195.00. It was probably one of the worst massages I have ever had. In addition to that, the lunch I was served was from the bagel store across the street. I was under the impression that I would be treated special and pampered.
I still had $205.00 left on my gift certificate. I waited about a year and a half to use them again hoping they would have a different staff. I called us make my appointment, I was advised that my gift certificate expired after 1 year and could not use it. REALLY?
What an awful way to do business. I would not recommend using this service. The women on the phone was very rude and laughed when I told her that ""it was bad business not to honor my gift certificate"". Oh well, their loss!
