Let me start by stating that a crook I am not. I am guilty of trying to help a Customer over the phone. The items needed to be packed and were large. Providing exact shipping information over the phone on large unpacked items is tricky. This is why we work with estimates; with the items in store I was able to provide an exact quote. However was different from the estimate given over the phone. The customer stated that his customer was paying for the pack and ship and was thus required to get approval for the difference. My customer again stated that wanted the original estimate. I could not make that happen. We could not agree so I politely moved the items back to his truck. All information was explained in advance. This is the first negative review I have received. It is not a true reflection of our commitment to you OUR CUSTOMER.
