UPS Store

I attempted to ship an item this week from this store. The UPS estimator on my computer put the shipping cost right around $30. I was told at the store it would be $50 to ship my item. I took it to anothe pack and ship place just west of Mooresville and it shipped for right at $30. I would not go so far as to call someone crooked. It may have just been a mistake. However, i will not likely use this store again. more

Let me start by stating that a crook I am not. I am guilty of trying to help a Customer over the phone. The items needed to be packed and were large. Providing exact shipping information over the phone on large unpacked items is tricky. This is why we work with estimates; with the items in store I was able to provide an exact quote. However was different from the estimate given over the phone. The customer stated that his customer was paying for the pack and ship and was thus required to get approval for the difference. My customer again stated that wanted the original estimate. I could not make that happen. We could not agree so I politely moved the items back to his truck. All information was explained in advance. This is the first negative review I have received. It is not a true reflection of our commitment to you OUR CUSTOMER. more

This Guy that owns this UPS store in Mooresville NC is a crook. He tried to rip me off on a shipment rate. I called him and give him the exact weight, and measurements of my shipment and he gave me the exact price. Once i hauled my items there, he got inside with them and came up with an additional $90.00 on the shipment then said it was just a quote I gave you. I specifically told him my buyer was paying for shipment and I need the exact cost so my buyer could send me the money for shipment, so it must be the exact fiqure. He still wouldn't ship my items for what he told me and started putting my items back on his dolly to put them back on my truck in a hurry to get me out of his store. So I took them to another UPS Store 35-mins. away and they shipped them the same way he was going to ship them for $33.00 less than the original price this crook gave me over the phone. Watch out for this place. Check pricing else where before going in to ship anything from this location. I Learned my lesson... Beware... more

I had a 1000+ PG. Print Job I needed done ASAP and so i sent it to them via their website (online printing is really nice) and it was done before my requested time. Pros: Nice Staff, Great Prices, and they do more then just ship st Cons: None really that I can tell more
