HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. What service? My company had a panel go out in a tv. Toshiba sent this company out. Tech said he needed to order a panel, and would take 4-7 days. Two weeks goes by, I call, April will call me I am told. I am told this in week 3 as well. April (the owner) NEVER returns a call, even though she's the owner? Week 4, I call Toshiba again. Toshiba assigns me a case manager, she checks, gets back and says apparently they NEVER ORDERED THE FREAKING PART. She then gives them the part auth. TWO MORE WEEKS GO BY. I call Frick, no return calls. I call Toshiba, they contact Frick. Oh... they ordered the part just now. Right! I call BS and refuse service by this company, get me another. 7 weeks and you have not even ordered the part? You have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Great job at driving your business into the ground, Frick. Rest assured, I AM making sure all my friends and contacts NEVER call or use your company. What a joke.
