Keep up the high level of service--I would love to have this great experience my next service. The staff was the most efficient, friendly and courteous that I have encountered at Santa Monica BMW. Reynaldo and Rosie were quick and efficient. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival and introduced to Ray (Reynaldo), who quickly took down all of my information. Everything was dealt with on the service end. Ray was terrific. He called me to advise when the car was ready and told me I could pick it up the next morning at my convenience. I forgot to remove a box from the trunk of the rental car and I called the next day to ask about it. Turned out that Rosie had already retrieved the package and had left me a voice mail, which I had not yet heard. She told me that she had the box and I could pick it up from her. This was handled ""beautifully."" It was great not having a big bill at this end; the warranty actually covered this repair! Brakes are no longer making whistling sound-guess the new brakes were in order. I have not yet been able to test the navigation or CD player to confirm problems resolved. Car was washed and clean. Car washed-I was happy. To make this better, you cold vacuum interior, but that's just me! The loaner was a new 328i, and I loved it. All of the controls were familiar BMW.
