Redi Systems Inc just took very good care of us. They made sure that they understood what we were after, that we asked the right questions and that they got exactly what I was trying to communicate to them. It turned out that what they had heard was what I wanted, even if I had a hard time getting it across.
On the day the installers came, it was a wintry little rainy day. They took great care of our carpets and took their shoes off right when they came in, so not to drag mud on my carpets. I didn't even have to tell them to do that, they just did it.
They were fast and communicated with me every step of the way. At the end, Sean even sat down with me to go over everything and explain it all. Everything they did turned out great! We've already recommended them to a few friends of ours.
